AMNIG Returns & Exchange Terms
Please read these terms (Exchange and Return Terms) carefully before ordering products from the AMNIG online store.
AMNIG is the owner and operator of this website; www.amnig.com.sg (hereinafter referred to as “website”. By ordering products from this website, you agree to be bound by these exchange and return terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not make any purchase from this website
AMNIG’s return policy
AMNIG's Exchange Policy
AMNIG does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order. It is only possible to obtain a refund on returns when the return is in line with our return policy.
Damaged and Defective Products
AMNIG take a lot of efforts and checks to ensure that all our products are defect free when completed. We also test our products in actual sports conditions to ensure that they are up to the functions that they are designed for. It is very rarely that AMNIG products will be damaged or defective
All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and if there are any damage to the products as a result of manufacturing defects, we will undertake to fully refund the cost of purchase of any defective products
We will not undertake any returns if the reason is other than material quality of defects. We do not refund products that are:
ü 1) Not purchased from our websites(if you purchase our products from other marketplace source, please alias with them directly)
ü 2) Worn or hand tag removed
Eligibility of Returns
Return process must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the products
2. Items should not be worn or soiled and should be in its original packaging
3. Returns will only be accepted if the original label / hand tag has not been removed

Refunds
We seek to process your refunds within 14 days, however when you will receive your funds will depend on the time that bank takes to process your refund. If you do not receive your refund after 21 days, please contact our customer care team to check on the status of your refund
We will refund the full price of purchase of the relevant product returned to us excluding shipping charges (if any). Refunds will be given in the same methods of payment for the original purchase
